Fitness Training

Take the guesswork out of your fitness program and schedule a training session tailored to your goals and schedule. You can choose from 30-minute, 45-minute or 60-minute training sessions. Training packages are available for maximum fitness and savings.

  • 30 minute session-$39 for 1 session, $132 for 4 sessions, or $248 for 8 sessions
  • 45 minute session-$55 for 1 session, $198 for 4 sessions, or $369 for 8 sessions
  • 60 minute session-$72 for 1 session, $257 for 4 sessions, $465 for 8 sessions.
  • Short on time?? Try Melissa’s Get Fit in 20 Fitness Program! Commit to a 45 minute training session and Melissa will provide you with 2-20 minute customized workouts that you can do on your own between training sessions.

Nutrition Support

$350 for 8 weeks/$250 with a fitness package purchase

What to expect when you work with Melissa.

We will spend part of your initial session discussing your health history, current or past injuries, & your specific goals.  You’ll then complete a quick, simple fitness assessment to see how your body moves & get a feel for what direction we should take to get you to your goals! Each session will include a warm-up, followed by your custom training plan, and post-workout stretches.  You will receive technique cues and exercise modifications to perform the exercises safely & get the most out of every movement!

Terms of service: A 24-hour cancellation notice is required.  You have a one-time cancellation fee waiver, where you can cancel a session in less than 24 hours. All additional canceled sessions under a 24-hour window for your scheduled time will incur a charge.
